Our farm is situated on the verge of a village New Bystrzyca, apart from close buildings, beetween New Bystrzyca, and Spalona pass. In the surroundings of 3 ha property, there isa big amount of space, meadows. We offer individual rooms, full-year 2-rooms holiday flat (ok. 70km/kw.) fully equipped (a refrigerator,a wireless kettle, a variety of dishes,an electric cooker, there is a boiler in the kitchen and bathroom). Thanks to it the way of relaxing is incredible, because you can feel there as in your own flat.
At disposal for guests:

• a roofed summer kitchen with a current water and a fireplace with grill, where you can prepare your food and also a trout caught in our pond,
• if you like, the farmer can prepare the trout "po sudecku",
• there is a parking area in front of the house for five cars.

in a distance of five kilometres on Spalona pass, a delicious food is offered by bar and Jagodna refuge,
in Winter in Spalona there is a ski lift (plated) of a length 330 m,
